I can't say enough about the professionalism of Pacific Northwest Electric. I am a kitchen and bath designer and have experience with electricians that contractors I worked with use. John responded to my inquiry the same day and worked me into his very busy schedule to deal with my washer outlet that was not working. In addition to problem solving that issue, John also addressed major issues with my 40 year old electrical panel. What I really appreciated was the time spent showing me the problems and talking me through them, presenting several options for me. I learned about maintaining my electrical panel and the timeline I need to plan for replacement in a few years. I highly recommend Pacific Northwest Electric and will use them for all of my electrical needs.

Great company, they remodeled my home and we’re very happy with it!
We had a fantastic experience with Pacific Northwest Electric. Master Electrician John and his journeyman partner (whose name I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten!) installed a new dimmer switch and vanity light in our bathroom, replaced a closet light fixture, and even noticed that the closet light switch was on its way out and proactively replaced it for us.
They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure each fixture was installed and working perfectly before they left. They were professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and genuinely pleasant to have in our home. It’s such a relief to find an electrical team you can trust — we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them.

John arrived on time. Hunter arrived shortly thereafter. The job was completed in 40 minutes and seemed to completely fix the electrical problem we were having. Both men were very friendly & professional. Would recommend.

Oh my God..they were so fast and efficient..Removed 3 outside lights..replaced 2 outlets.. disconnected like 3 outlets inside . amazing.. professional and did I say fast all with 1 and half hour..the best electrical co. I've ever used..love them. Thank you

Had power outage last night. Shut off main breaker to prevent power surge when restored. Could not reset the main. After 6 calls to others closed or could not respond, John came out and saved us. Reasonable price for emergency response on the weekend. Next time, will call on him first!!
