Most work beyond simple like-for-like replacements needs an electrical permit in Oregon. We pull it and schedule the inspection for you.
Not automatically, but many are undersized for modern appliances, EV chargers and heat pumps, and some insurers ask about them. We'll inspect it and tell you honestly whether it needs replacing.
It depends on what you want running during an outage. We do a load calculation on site and size the generator to your home, not the other way around.
